Hello,
I have cloned your form and the reason no value is passed to the calculation widget because you need to place the value to a text to calculate it.
First, add a short text entry I named it score 1
Then go to settings>Conditions>Update Calculate Field
If>"4.You receive the following email..." State>isFilled
Do>"Copy a Field's Value" From:"4.You receive the following email..." TO>Score1
It calculates the assigned value of your radio button and passes it's value to the short text named "Score1"
This would be the outcome, when a radio button with an assigned value will be clicked the value will show in the short text entry.
Now to calculate your Form Calculations, in your widget settings just add the field with the short text and add them all.
Lastly, add a condition SHOW/HIDE FIELD to the form calculation widget
IF:"you calculation widget" State:IsEqualto Target:Value then Value:"your value to show a field"
Do:show Field: "the field you want too show"
The final result would be depending on the value total
I hope this information helped you.
