How can I change the title so it says CS Form in the browser tab?

How Can I fix this feature so that it will say CS form...

It's the Page Title of the form. You can change this in the Form Settings. Please follow the steps on this guide:

We are unable to see your image. Please note that the files that are attached inside of an email will not be shown here on the forum. You have to open this thread and upload your screenshot. 

I also inspected your form but you did not change the Page Title.

Yes it is changed up there but when I share the link with anyone. It still
shows 6 online.... Please fix it.

Where did you share the link? Facebook shows the Page Title correctly.

It may be showing a cached title.  I am not quite familiar with the app.  A way to ensure the new title is shown would be to create a clone of the form and share the new form:
