I am trying to figure out how I can get each item from this purchase report to show up in a report so I can see the quantity sold of each item. Is there a way to do this?

If you want to see your products in different columns on submission page, it is currently not possible with your current settings. This is because, as you add your product details inside the payment integration, all your payment details will show in one column since the payment integration is assumed as a single field.
On the other hand, you may want to have a look at the following user guide:

This guide states that you can set your products with some basic fields such as Dropdown, Multiple Choice, Single Choice or with some widgets such as "Inventory" and calculate the total price with "Form Calculation" widget. Then, you can pass the calculated value to the payment integration. With this way, you will be able to see product details in different columns.
