old submitted forms also changing?

I have a question, we changed some of our forms. Now i needed to search an old submitted form (one before we changed the form) and i see, that all the old already submitted forms are in new setup and doesn't rest in old setup. Do we have a chance to get the old already submitted forms in old setup?

When you delete a field you will lose the associated data, but if you just updated the field the data will be still stored. In the future instead of deleting a field you can simply hide it so the data will not be removed.

You will also be warned when you try to delete a field with submissions with a message box like below.
