The form was created before my upgrade.
When I try to remove the brand, I have the link " upgrade your account to remove it"

I checked your account and I did not see the "Remove Branding" as shown in your screenshot. Is the issue resolved?
I also checked your Account Settings and I can see that you already disable the JotForm Branding.
I will clear your form cache from our server.
