Hi, it seems there´s a faulty setup, wrong card and closed subscription - which is not the case (se attached screenshot.)
Where can i update my card info?

Hi comwell,
I have checked you account and it is still active, but to update you credit card information you need to login to your JotForm Account, click the user Icon and the setting icon.
Scroll down to Billing
Click Payment Method
and now click Change Credit Card.
