Clients are not able to enter their credit card info on the form

    what do I need to do to fix this issue?

    There's no problem with the standalone version of the form. However, there are errors on your page related to the form.

    The form script probably conflicts with your existing website scripts that's why the square payment field does not work. If possible, please re-embed your form using its iframe embed code http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code. This might fix it.
