Why date field label is not showing properly?

Hi,

We have a form that has been working fine until now.

There are a couple of date fields that suddenly switched from DD-MM-YYYY to MM-DD-YYYY.

Fine, I changed them back to DD-MM-YYYY, but the sub labels say Month Day Year.  I don't seem to be able to change this or turn off the sub labels.

Any advice?

I cleared your form cache and it seems to be resolved now.
