Why isn't the name of the item in Quantity Gift Registry not shown in the submission order?

So before I made the form public  had to try on the form itself and see the submission on the page but as it turnes out when  use the Quantity Registry, the name of the item it register does not come up and only say the amount that it was bought but with no label of the item. Why isn't the name of the item not shown in the submission order? and how to make that label come out?

I have checked and cloned your form and I was able to replicate the issue. To resolve the issue I removed the widget and added it back and it displayed the item name and quantity selected.

Kindly try removing the widget and adding it again. This should resolve the issue.
