I encrypted the form but it never asked me to upload the key. So now I cannot view any entries. I tried unencrypting it so at least submissions from here on out would be visible. But how am i supposed to see the encrypted ones if its not going to ask for me to upload the key?

While encryption is enabled, try browsing in private/incognito mode or clearing your browsers cache/cookies.  This should allow for the submission page to request the key.

If you no longer have the key file associated with that data, unfortunately the data would be lost as we cannot recover it on our end.  Only the key file associated with the data can remove the encryption.

Thanks. That did not work. I tried both incognito mode in google chrome as well as clearing browser cache. I also tried other browsers.

If encryption is not enabled, our system will not request a key.  You may need to enable encryption and use the current key when prompted.  Once encryption is enabled, our system should request the key again when attempting to view submissions.
