Is the Configurable List the best widget for this task?

    I am looking to produce a form that will accept the following "set" of information AND be able to add additional sets of the same information.

    For example, what if I have 4 Lakes I want to enter, each Lake consisting of the same set of information?  

    LAKES

    Name
    Description
    Address
    Phone
    URL

    The form would accept the same set of info for the following categories:
    State Parks, Lakes, Waterways, Outfitter, Guides, Gear/Rental, National Forests, Other Recreational Activities.

    That will work. You can also use "Multiple Text Fields" widget.
