When my visitors send me a message, I got it into my provider email.
But when they send me a file,I dont see the file as an ATTACHMENT FILE in my provider.I only see the name of file.But I can not save it.If I change the email.ıf I use another email address to recieve the messages, I see the file in my email.But I dont see the file in my provider email. Why is that ? Does it mean JOTFORM is in black list in my provider ?

If you use file upload field on your form, the uploaded file/s will not be included as a 'file attachment' in the Notification email. Instead, the file can be accessed through a link which can use to download that file uploaded by the form user.
This also the same when you go to My Forms / Submissions page. The submissions for your form will include the link to the uploaded file in the submissions.
