How do I change NEXT button to be a SUBMIT button or how do I get into CSS w/ new form so I can code it myself?
Our form informs applicants if they currently qualify for A.
If they do not qualify for A, we still want to tell them they don't qualify now but they can still submit form to have us contact them to see if we can help qualify them later.
I need 2 SUBMIT pages. One that says congrats you qualify, SUBMIT. The other says, Sorry you don't qualify now, click SUBMIT to see if we can help you qualify in future.
Don't want 1 general submit page. We feel we will lose people if they have to click NEXT to get to 1 submit page.

There's no need for two submit button. You can create a conditional logic that can display a different thank you message result based on the answer of the user. Here's a guide that you can follow: https://www.jotform.com/help/317-Change-Thank-You-Page-URL-Based-on-a-Condition
Here's my demo form: https://form.jotform.com/73237640228960
You can clone it if you want to check it further: https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL
