Why am I not receiving payments?

    I received an e-mail asking me to upgrade my subscription because I couldn't accept more than 10 paid form submissions. I upgraded it already, but I have not received the pending payments from the rest of the forms. I checked my paypal account and the funds are not there.

    If the account was disabled due to over limit because of payment submissions, then I'm afraid that those payments weren't made, especially if you don't see them in PayPal.
