As far as we know it was down for about 5 minutes. Since CloudFlare has many locations, if you were not able to access it for hours, it was probably specific to your location. But that would still be very bad.If you cannot access our site in the future you can always contact us from twitter, jotformstatus.com or from email@example.com email address.

I understand that the fault is not up to you, but it is important that these things do not happen.
