is there a limitation to the numer of recipients in a autoresponder mail? If so, is there a workaround?

I use a condition to 'calculate' the recipients of autoresponder mails, then i put the result back in a field. 1511257570Autoresponder Recipients Screenshot 10

In the autoresponder mail i send it to the mailgroup i just defined:

Unfortunately the mail is only send to the first 3 names on the list:

Am i doing something wrong or is there a limitation to the numer of recipients in a autoresponder mail? If so, is there a workaround?
I tried it also with the notification mail, but in the notification mail i can't use fieldnames as recipients, only written addresses.

Can you help me out please?

We are sorry for this confusion.

Actually, you are not doing wrong anything but you are right about the limitation. The number of recipients that can receive autoresponder in one-shot are set to "3".

If you have more than 3 recipients, which is your case, I can suggest you to limit your calculation with 3 email fields at most and create new calculations for the autoresponders. In other words:

    1. Email 1, Email 2 and Email 3 can be used in one calculation and the result is copied to a field. The recipient of the autoresponder 1 is going to be set to this field.

    2. Email 4, Email 5 and Email 6 can be used in another calculation and the result is copied to another field different than the previous one.  Then, you need to create another autoresponder and set the recipient of autoresponder 2 to the field used in calculation for these email fields.

All in all, you just need to separate your emails to different calculations and use several autoresponders. I hope, everything is clear for you. If you have more questions, please feel free to contact us.
