How to seup Jotform account

    You mention a 0.75% transaction fee. Are there any other fees, such as a setup fee, for example?

    What else would setting this up entail? It all sounds very simple from your description but what else is involved? What systems do we need to be hooked up with?

    Is this feature available worldwide? We are a UK organisation. Would we be able to receive donations from people in our own country and abroad?

    We do not have any setup fees. You just pay the subscription fee and you are set. You do not need to setup any systems in place other than have an email account which I see you already have.

    If you have a website and would want to embed your form to it you can do so. This will ensure that users can fill your forms from your website without using the Jotform form link.

    Our system also support different payment options which you can use to collect donations. Below is a link on different Payments supported by Jotform.
