How one can see the particular message send via email is read by recipient or not? And if he red it exactly what date and time he red it?

I would like to apologize, however, I'm afraid we do not have an available feature to know if the email autoresponder sent to respondents were read or not.

A workaround that I can think of is to send your respondents a link to another form or the edit link to the same form they have submitted with an instruction that they need to fill and submit the form. The new form can contain a field that they need to fill if they confirm that they have read the content of the email autoresponder they received when they submitted your form. As for the edit link of the form they initially submitted, you can show a field (only in edit mode) that they need to fill.

Here are some of the guides that you may find helpful to create the workaround mentioned above.
