    Free subscription question

    I created and was using a form on www.prosoundmastering.com until I noticed it says that I need to upgrade to continue using the product. I know I did not go over the monthly allowed subscription and or size limitation. Can you please tell me why I was disactiviated.  I did not create an account and rather just designed a form and put it on my site. Here is my form ID:

    Please let me know if I must upgrade. I wanted to test the service otu before I bought it and I have had no customers use it yet outside of my testing.

    I apologize for the inconvenience that this may have caused you. I just checked and the form appears to be working properly. I believe you may have tested it earlier today during a time when we experienced some lag issues that most likely made your form appear to be deactivated.

    I also checked and can confirm that your Account is still active and it currently shows that you have a Free Account with which your email is associated with. Also, you have not reached your monthly quota so you are fine on that as well.

    Please let us know if the problem continues.
