Creating a automatic population based on submitted values

I have attempted to upload a heap of submissions via csv table and would like to make it as it if was a lookup formula in excel sheet.

What I am trying to do is to have the fields autopopulate based on submitted values on the form. i.e if 1 is selected from the spinner, height would be populated as 86, pier as 230, Wall as 240, Opening as 250

Another solution is to populate the fields based on the option that was selected in the Spinner field is with the conditional logic.
