Upon submit, people get an error message and the form does not submit. This is happening on different browsers. Would anyone be able to shine a light on this issue?

I made a test submission on your form and it worked for me. The submission went through and it shows the thank you page.
The problem might be temporary or it is a problem with the network you are connected.
Could you please try it again? If the problem persists, can you try to connect to a different network or ISP?
We'll wait for your update.

@EltonCris, seems like an internal network issue that is preventing forms to be submitted. This is a form to be used by our employees who are in network/vpn. How can we by pass this?

I'm afraid that you will have to check what is blocked, so the form is not submittable, and then refer to your network administrator to allow/whitelist the URL that is blocked.
There is no much we could do from our side.
