My account says I am out of space and submission storage. Yet I from upgraded my account to silver on the 6th November. Please advise and correct ASAP.

We would like to apologize for any confusion.
Before you upgraded to the Silver Monthly plan, your account was on the Premium Monthly plan which is renewed every 20th of the month. When you upgraded to the Silver Monthly plan, PayPal failed to discontinue the Premium Monthly plan automatically and it continued until we detected your account having a duplicate subscription. Even if the Premium Monthly plan was canceled (November 8, 2017) it continued until the end of its current billing cycle which is until November 20. Your account was placed back to free when the Premium Monthly plan got canceled which also triggered the cancellation of the active Silver Monthly plan.
I have now placed your account back to the Silver Monthly plan and you should not encounter the same issue again. Your next billing date for that plan will be on December 7, 2017.
