The bottom part of the form is not showing

    Thank you for your response, unfortunately the bottom of the form is not showing. 

    There are fields that are not seen on a computer or mobile device. The parents email and submit button are cut off on the computer and even more is cut off on the mobile version.

    Hello,

    I have checked your website and it seems your embedded form is not scrolling that is why some fields cant be seen.

    You can add scrolling by editing your IFRAME code scrolling="auto" or "yes"
