Hello,
The form I created was working and then my customers started getting the "Please wait" error when trying to submit a form. I received 67 submissions before it stopped working. The form name is: Anti-Harassment Training-Shift 1. Can you please reset this form for me.

Yes I could reproduce the problem.

I don't know why its not working. So I have escalated this issue to Level 2 support. They will investigate and post a response on this thread.

I created two different tickets because I was having the same problem on 2 different forms. I hope the problems on both forms will be fixed.
