Why is our form no longer active?

    I assume you're referring that your form stopped working. I have just checked your account and found you are under the free plan, you already exceeded the submissions limit which is 100 for free accounts, you currently have 137. 

    You may get more submissions for free completing the tasks under the get more section of your account page: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/getMore 

    If you still need more submissions then you will need to upgrade your account: https://www.jotform.com/help/331-How-to-Upgrade-My-Account
