The date and time fields are not populating.

I imported my form and have amended it to my likeing but I cant get the date field and time field to populate or allow the visitor to complete those fields.

I have enable the date and time field so visitor can complete them. But the problem is, your hover text is blocking the calendar to be clicked and set the date and time.

Do you really need to place the hover texts or its just for demo purpose? If not, you can remove them or I have to manage them in other way so they don't block the date and time to populate for the visitor.
