Need to change username

Hello, Im currently in the process of changing the ownership of my teamsieo account, I changed my previous email from matt@sieo.io to mike@ondeapp.io (the new owner) but need to be able to change my username....can I have it changed to "ondeapp"

We can change the username for your account; however, I can see the email is still the old one. Due to security reasons, I would recommend you to login into your account and request the change from there.
