Stripe custom data field will only allow me to select account number

The Custom Data field will only allow me to select account number- but there is another field I want to use instead. How can I make the other field able to be selected for custom data in my stripe integration?

Please take note that only "Short Text Entry" fields are allowed to be used in the Custom Data Field in Stripe.

After that, you can use it in the Custom Date Field.
