When opening the forms, I got a blank screen.

    Hello,

    I have this morning a problem to open a forms for change. I get a blanc screen. Can you help.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Since your location is in Europe, could you please try enabling the Store my data only in Europe to see if this helps? To enable this in your account, go to MyAccount > Data. On Europe Datacenter, check the Store my data only in Europe option.

    Looks like the form you are referring to is deleted.

    Are you referring to a different form?

    Problem is solved. Form was blocked because internet explorer browser.

    Thank you for letting us know that the problem is solved. We recommend users to use either Chrome or Firefox browsers when opening the forms in the Form Builder.
