Can I create a personalised pop-up?

I use jot forms for booking forms on workshops.

I currently disable the form once the worshop is full but is there a way I can either:

1) have a personalised message for the screen of deisabled forms?

or 2) have a pop up message that advises the workshop is full?

Yes you can show a personalized message for your disabled form. 

Simply go to Form Settings and you will find the Warning Message field just below to Form Status.
