I am trying to create a new form but continue to receive a notice showing that I've reached my limit and must upgrade or delete forms. I've deleted forms and now have 23 instead of my limit of 25 but it still wont allow me to add a new form.
Please make this happen ASAP. I need this form.

I have checked your account and you currently have 29 active forms, please try disabling some of them in order to have more room for new forms.
The limit counts active forms only so disabling them will work too.
