Why my forms are formatted differently?

    I'm not sure why the new forms are formatted differently. I keep trying to create a form that lists all the questions at first view. Right now, people have to go through each section.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

    You can change the format of your form from your form settings.

    Please go to Settings->Form Settings->Show More Options

    Scroll down to the option called "Form Layout" and select "All Questions in one page"
