I am having trouble logging in. I then clicked the forgot password link and never received an email. Can you help? I need to gain access to a submission from a client relativley soon. Thank you.

I cannot find an account related to the email address you used to open this thread, but I found an account related to your IP address.
Please make sure that you're entering the correct username or email address, otherwise you will not receive the email.

I'm not quite sure either. I seem to have changed my email address on file back IN OCTOBER. I must have changed to a invalid email address because I am not receiveing my submissions. My current email is firstname.lastname@example.org I had an email previously of email@example.com

Unfortunately, I could not find the account using the email addresses you provided, I tried to find an account related to your IP address and domain (restassuredsleepsolutions.com), but nothing was found either.
Please check if you have received a previous email from JotForm since you should find your username at the very bottom of the email. If you have a form's link that will also help us to find your account.
