I have created two separate HIPAA forms, one with a template and the other with my own design. I need the forms to be encrypted to protect the names of clients, but when I open the form with a key all that is revealed is the date. The signature does not show and neither does the information provided to the client through the form. Is there a way to change this?

Is this a duplicate post? I can see that it is the same as this thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1305133
My colleague is already working on your thread. To avoid confusion and to better assist you, please reply to that thread.

This is actually a different question based on a different form. The prior question dealt with portions of a submission remaining encrypted following the use of the key. This time i am asking if I can have the information to print. The signature is not showing up. The information on the form is not showing up. The only thing revealed on the submission is the date.
Edit: sorry I didn't know this question had posted as the site was not responding.

Hello @therapyspokane - I believe this is indeed a duplicate of your first thread.
For comparison, here's a section of your question on the first thread:
when the form is submitted and I try to print it out, only the date shows. The information on the form is missing and the signature is blank
And here's a section of your question on this current thread:
when I open the form with a key all that is revealed is the date. The signature does not show and neither does the information provided to the client through the form

I did address this as I had said the site was not responding when I tried to publish the first post.
