How can I get rid of the second field

Asked by yveslaforest on September 16, 2012 at 01:30 PM

In the form maker, I see just one field NOM.  When I hit Preview, I still have one time the field NOM which is what I want.  When I open the form from the web site with the address

I endup with two fields NOM.  One is required and the second one is not.  I want to remove the not required one. If I remove the field NOM from the form and test it again thru the web site, I have no field NOM.  When I put back ONE field NOM, I have 2 when I use it on the web site.  What I did wrong?

    Second question:

As this form is use be French speaking people, is there a place to translate in French the error messages like This field is required?

Thank you very much for your help.
