Last part of the form sometimes not shown

First of all thanks for offering this quality product called JotForm!

Unforunately, since an unknown period of time users are experiencing a problem:

In some cases (about 1 on 5 users) are unable to scroll through the form untill the end.

The black jotform footer is overlapping the form and users can't finish filling in the form.
See the attached screenshots, i hope there is a solution available but couldn't find one yet.

I checked your webpage on my phone and I was able to replicate the issue. It seems that the form is embedded via iFrame but the script element is not included.

Please try to re-embed the form using the iFrame method including the script element below it. Here's a guide: Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code.

If the issue is still the same, please try to insert the Mobile Responsive widget to your form. Here's a guide on How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-Your-Form.
