Hi, just noticed that when using the form on mobile, the smooth signature widget does not appear to allow for signing.
Please check if it is actually broken? I've tried with two different phones and showing the same result.

I tested your form on Samsung Galaxy and I was able to replicate the issue you reported. Only Signature text is shown.
I will report this issue to our developers and we will inform you via this thread once this issue is resolved.
For now you can try with some other signature widget:

The problem should be fixed now. There is no issue on my end as far as I checked. Could you please also check on your side and do let us know if you still have problems.
