My form is stuck on 'please wait' when I try to submit it.

    Hi,

    When I try to submit the form, it gets stuck on 'please wait' and does not submit.

    The form is used from the jotforms site and also from an embedded link using this code: .

    Please advise ASAP.

    I just tested your form, and it was successfully submitted:

    What is the code to open the link of the page where your form is embedded? Could you share the exact URL of the webpage, so we can test the form?

    Since there is no problem through the direct link, I think the issue is related to the embedding code method, so please try using the Iframe code: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

    Thanks, I don't know what caused it but it seemed to be working the following day.
