The incomplete payment option wasn’t available for me to click on and I already have my PayPal set to IPN. So what’s next ?

If you have received incomplete payments, and you are wondering what will happen with them? You can simply delete or complete them through your "Incomplete payments" dashboard: https://www.jotform.com/help/564-how-to-view-incomplete-payments-of-your-payment-forms/

NOTE: Completing a submission will NOT process any payment as there was no payment information to begin with. The system will simply treat this as a regular submission so it can be included on form reports, and that email alerts can be fired off as usual.

Your reply is not shown here on the forum, but I found an email that was sent to my colleague.

Thank you for the example. However I’m aware of where to go to do it . What I’m saying is that the option is not available for me to submit the payment because the payment is already in authorization mode in PayPal. PayPal recognized it just sitting there two days in authorization mode so I’m just trying to figure out when it will stop pending

Considering that the Authorization Only option is enabled on your form, you have to log in to your Paypal account do the manual payment capture from there.

I do not know how long are the payments sitting in the authorization mode in PayPal if they are not manually processed. I would suggest you to contact Paypal support to check that.
