Unread count count not going to zero unless done manually.

FYI

On my forms page you have counters that show the unread number of submissions, 98% of the time if I go into the inbox and view them it will zero out. But occasionally it will not, example, AAC Course Approvers, 52745887899988. To day it indicated 2 unread,, so after viewing the first one in the inbox it dropped to 1, so I went through every submission, 220, and it would not zero out. As I said this happens on occasion and I just use More/ All are read. To day I thought I would show you.

I mean this is real small stuff, but who reports more small stuff then I, and I have another after this one.

This can happen when the submission counter is not correct. I checked the submissions of the form you provided and the count is correct (220 submissions). The admin tool to recalculate the submissions that I used fixed the issue you reported. You from is no longer showing 1 unread submissions. 

If you have the same issue with some other form, please provide us an ID of that form.
