Need specific fields printed out

When printing the completed forms, is there a way to have certain information printed out other than just the question text and their corresponding answers?

For example:

Our patients need to check and sign our office policy forms. When printing these out, it will show the field has been checked along with its signature but not the actual text including our office policy. We need all the text shown.
