JotForm branding: Branding is not removed from custom URLs after upgrading

    Hi, I have upgraded to the bronze subscription to remove the branding. However it's still on my form even after I've unchecked the " Show "Powered by JotForm" on my forms". It's still there. Any recommendations?

    I checked your forms and noticed that it works with direct link: but not with your custom link: 

    So I will forward this issue to our backend team for additional checks.

    Please use the direct link for the time being, until the issue with custom one is fixed.

    The problem seems to be fixed on your form with custom URL:


    If you encounter the same problem on any of your forms, we strongly suggest you to first enable JotForm branding option and then uncheck again. This fixes the problem on most cases.
