Survey got deleted

    Hi, A survey has got deleted by mistake. Please help retreive

    You can restore the forms from the Trash folder.

    How to Restore Deleted Forms

    If you Purged the form from the Trash folder than the form is permanently deleted and can not be recovered. In this case, you will have to re-create the form.
