Hello Jotform development,
We had a developer use jotform to make a form on our website, but we are not receiving anymore emails from this form on our website, and we would like to fix this ASAP! Could someone from jotform contact us to resolve our problem? Is there a possibility of us gaining account information for the jotform account that made the jotform forms for us? The developer is no where to be found, and we are stuck at this point! Sorry to hear that. I have now removed your email from the bounce list so it should be fine now. It seems like your email service provider rejected our emails at some point. To avoid this problem in the future, please white list our JotMails IP's: http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
Furthermore, we can actually move the forms in your own JotForm account but we have to be very careful in this proceedings to avoid problems with the current form holder. Would you mind asking them regarding the form transfer for a confirmation so we help you further with this. Please note that we have policies to be followed.
