I checked the Autoresponder Email on your form (http://www.jotformz.com/form/72280703441651) and there's still no recipient email that was selected.
If you already selected the field, save it but then missing field still appears, please try to re-log into your account and also clearing your form's cache to see if this works. Here the guide on How to Clear Your Form Cache. You can also try clearing your browser's cache.
If the issue still persists, please let us know.

Hi! Thanks for your answer. I tryed cleaning cache but the trouble persist. What i can do?

I inspected your form and it seems that you were able to resolve your issue with the Autoresponder email.
Please note that an email field has to be set as the Recipient Email inside of the Autoresponder email. I noticed that your form has 2 email fields and that you have only 1 Autoresponder email set inside of the form. The Autoresponder email will be sent only to the email address that is entered inside of the first email filed that is located in the section '2. DATOS DE PADRES O TUTORES' of your form. If you also want to send an Autoresponder email to the email address that is entered inside of the email field that is located in the section '2.1 DATOS DE PADRES O TUTORES' you should create one more Autoresponder email and set second email field as the Recipient email.
