Form is not submitting when using PayPal integration

I seem to be having issues with a previous form which I use for Gift Voucher payments, and a second form which I have just set up in a smilier way with the Paypal payment Widget to accept payments for various products I sell.

Every time I click the 'Go to Payment Page' or 'Go to Secure Payment Page' on the footer of either forms, they just lock up and freeze, and do not direct to paypal.

I do recall when I first set up the Gift Voucher form, it worked flawlessly, and now nothing! I have received a payment in the past day also, but since then its not worked!

I have tried in Safari (Mac and IOS), Firefox, Chrome to no avail!

What am I doing wrong!??

Thanks for the reply and test of my pages.

Still for some unbeknown reason it does not work quite like you have just shown me, even after clicking those links. Once i have input details, be it test details or real ones, it just hangs on the submit button and just say 'please wait'....

Really strange that it worked for you. Its to the point I cannot even check if the paypal link evens works which is more frustrating as I don't know if it is set up correctly.

The forms aren't embedded onto a site, no. they remain with Jotform and are just navigated via links between other forms Ie Jotform & Mailchimp

I have just had a curious thought and tried to follow the payment links when not on our household Wi-Fi, using mobile data on mobile phone.

It works that way. I wonder if the encrypted pages pose some issue with my ISP, or Router?

Please try to contact your Internet Service Provider and request them to add JotForm's IP addresses to their whitelist. You can find the list of JotForm's IP addresses and domain names on this link: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotForm-IP-Addresses-and-Domains

I am not sure if there's an issue between your ISP and encrypted form. You could also try to disable the encryption if the whitelisting did not work.
