Why Promo Code is not working in my form?

    I created a promo code using conditional formatting, however the the Payment field does not update with the correct price after the promo code is entered.

    I checked your promo code conditions and found out that you have two exactly the same ones:

    Not sure why is that.

    I disabled one, and everything is working fine now:
