    Hi Anthony,

The "Commercial Lease Agreement for 3029 University Ave." form got suspended by our anti-phishing filter tool because it is asking for sensitive information.

As per our terms of use, collecting sensitive information is not allowed here in JotForm. Here's an excerpt:

Collecting Sensitive Information. You may not use the JotForm to collect certain types of sensitive information, including but not limited to credit card information and any type of login credentials. You may collect some sensitive information such as social security numbers or driver’s license numbers, but you are required to use best security practices of JotForm including SSL and Encrypted Forms features. You are solely responsible for compliance with any data protection and privacy laws and rules applicable to the sensitive information.

We need to delete the guilty fields so we can re-activate your account. Let us know if that is okay with you so we can proceed.

If you need to collect sensitive information, you need to enable the encryption feature to your form by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/344-Encrypted-Forms-and-How-to-Use-Them

You can also add these following to avoid getting automatically suspended:

    - An agreement stating the usage of sensitive information. You can use the "Text" tool. You may also use the Short Scrollable Terms widget or Terms & Conditions widget.

    - Digital signature field. You can use the E-Signature widget or the Smooth Signature widget.

We'll wait for your response. Thank you.

Thank you for the explanation. How can I encrypt the forms without being

    Thanks
