Hi! I need some help.
I am experiencing problems with an item in the form. When the form is completed is the option to put the date of birth but when I go to see spreedsheet or in the app the information is displayed in another format or not even. Please I need help. Thank youPage URL:

Are you seeing this on the integrated Google Sheet? I gave this a test run with a cloned copy of your form but the dates are properly formatted on mine. Here's how it looked like from my perspective:
Was there a chance you accidentally modified the sheet and changed the data format of these columns? By default, without any revisions to the sheet, it should work right out of the box.
Try redoing the integration with Google Spreadsheet by removing it then re-adding it to your form.

So, after you remove the Google Spreadsheet integration, and integrated back again, can you confirm that you did not do any changes to the new integrated spreadsheet?
I have checked that submission(ID: 3873868880429066545) in your form(ID: 72280703441651), and the date is there, so I have pushed the missing data to your spreadsheet, please check again if it worked. Let us know if the issue persist, and so we will forward this to our back-end team.
