My form will not submit

    I have paid for the forms and I am getting that It only allows for one submission. I am testing this also and I don't feel I should have to pay for testing. I

    I have brought multiple companies to jot form and this is new.

    Please advise.

    This is because your form has the unique submission option set to "Check cookies only", you need to set it to "No Check" in order to allow multiple submissions on the form:
